Mark Sinderson

Mark Sinderson is a longtime exercise enthusiast, having spent the better part of the last 45 years building his fitness with running, cycling, rowing and anything else that could get his heart rate into it’s upper reaches. Now, finally admitting he’s not getting any younger and after seeing friends and family suffer from the effects of physical and mental decline late in life, Mark has taken a broader perspective on his health. His focus has moved from pure aerobic exercise to a more well rounded approach designed to fortify his body and mind against the physical and mental decline often associated with old age.

When he’s not working to build his mobility, increase his VO2 max or add muscle mass to his body, you can find Mark busy being a husband to his very patient wife Pam, reading interesting books (mostly science fiction), enjoying music on his two channel tube audio system, traveling to see family, national parks and other interesting things, or working at playing guitar as well his heroes (this might take 2 lifetimes!).
